1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invitly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Description of Service
Invitly is a self-serve digital invitation platform. Users choose a ready-made template or build one in our online editor, then publish it as a hosted web invitation with RSVP collection, QR code, link sharing and a guest dashboard. The service is software: everything is generated and delivered automatically. We do not produce, print, hand-make or ship any physical item, and no product is manufactured to order.
4. Accounts
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your place of residence.
5. Pricing and Payment
Invitly offers free templates and paid templates. Paid templates and the custom design option are one-time purchases per invitation, shown in US dollars before checkout. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout by our reseller. Prices may change, but changes do not affect a purchase already completed.
6. Reseller / Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, billing enquiries, sales-tax/VAT collection and refunds. Your bank or card statement will show “PADDLE.NET”. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the seller of record; [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is the provider of the underlying service.
7. Delivery
Access is delivered digitally and immediately. As soon as payment is confirmed, the paid template or custom design is unlocked on your account and you can publish and share your invitation. There is no shipment and no waiting period. If access is not unlocked within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it.
8. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests are handled by us together with Paddle and returned to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy page for full details and exclusions.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided. This does not affect your separate rights under our voluntary Refund Policy or for faulty content.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of text, images and other content you upload. You grant Invitly a licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for the content of RSVP questions you set for your guests.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use Invitly to: break any law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malware; send spam or harass anyone; impersonate others; resell or redistribute templates as your own; scrape or overload the service; or create invitations for fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive events. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings; deleting an invitation deletes its guest data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Invitly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], and the courts of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date and, where required, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
