Invitly is a digital invitation platform that allows users to create, customize, and share electronic invitations. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to Invitly. By uploading content, you grant Invitly a license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Invitly for any unlawful purpose, to spam or harass others, to distribute malware, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Invitly is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
