Question 1

How much does Invitly cost?

Accepted Answer

Invitly is pay-as-you-go, not a subscription. Many templates are free. Premium templates are $10 (standard) or $15 (wedding), and the custom design studio is $20 — each a one-time charge per invitation. Prices are in USD; any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout.

Question 2

Is Invitly a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no recurring fee and nothing to cancel. You pay once for a paid invitation and it stays yours.

Question 3

Are any templates free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Two templates in every event category are completely free, and you can create and publish as many free invitations as you like — no card required. You only pay when you pick a premium or custom design, and it is a one-time charge for that single invitation.

Question 4

Can I preview before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can create, edit, and preview any template or custom design first. Payment is only required before publishing and sharing a paid invitation.

Question 5

Who processes my payment, and why does my statement show "PADDLE.NET"?

Accepted Answer

Our reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle securely handles payment, tax and receipts, so your card statement shows "PADDLE.NET".

Question 6

How is my invitation delivered?

Accepted Answer

Instantly and digitally. The moment your payment clears, the design unlocks on your account and you can publish and share it. Nothing is printed or shipped.

Question 7

Will I get a receipt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paddle emails you an itemised receipt right after payment, and you can request a full invoice at any time.

Question 8

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Question 10

Do I need design experience to use Invitly?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Pick a ready-made template and fill in your details, or open the design studio to build your own layout with guided sections — colors, fonts, photos, RSVP and music. Either way your invitation is ready to publish instantly.

Question 11

Can I create my own custom template?
